2. Data processed

Technical connection and browsing data, potentially including IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser details and security logs, may be processed by the hosting and delivery infrastructure.

The website has no contact forms. Email and telephone links open applications on your device. If you contact us, we process the information and attachments you choose to send in order to respond.

Only after explicit consent, Google Analytics 4 may collect page views, device and browser information, interaction events and online identifiers under the active configuration. We do not intentionally send email addresses, telephone numbers or message content to GA4.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Website delivery and security may rely on the controller's legitimate interest in providing an available and secure service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Responding to a commercial enquiry may rely on steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); applicable legal obligations rely on the relevant statutory basis.

Optional analytics is based on consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and applicable rules on tracking technologies).

4. Providers and recipients

The static website is hosted by AWS Amplify Hosting and distributed through Amazon CloudFront; the domain is managed with AWS Route 53. Authorized providers and personnel may process technical data to deliver the service.

When analytics consent is granted, the site loads Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (measurement destination G-QGJY5WS18L). The relevant Google entities process data under their terms and property settings. This integration does not include additional advertising tags.

5. International transfers

Cloud and Google services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. The controller assesses the safeguards applicable to the actual services, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where relevant.

6. Retention

Technical data is retained for operational and security periods applicable to the providers, as needed for those purposes. Business correspondence is kept as appropriate for responding to enquiries and complying with applicable legal requirements.

Analytics user- and event-level data follows the retention settings selected for the GA4 property, separately from browser cookie lifetimes. The controller must confirm the effective periods; details can be requested through the contact above.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
